People who still wanna play 3ds and wii u games now forced to mod there consoles to continue playing there favorite games.

I think we've seen already why: The mario 3d all stars or the nintendo online's emulators you have to pay for. They can make substantially more money by bringing these games back later due to their scarcity. That's why they put down emulators and any hacking to get these games so they are not in competition with them.

The worst thing nintendo has done cuz now: scalpers, piracy, hackers

These consoles are like treasures to so many. They have so much potential, so much content, and did things that made us happy way back when. Before there ever were deluxe ports, before there was a switch, and before there was this "NSO" service. Now as of this day, these consoles have now died. It is sad. And when you think about it, it's a heartbreaking experience that many will remember moving forward. Y'know, when they first announced that the Eshop was shutting down, or when Miiverse died out, some of us said goodbye to these consoles or thought it was over for themway back when, but this, THIS is the real nail in the coffin. For us fans who have held on to these consoles till the last minute however, and plan to keep moving forward with them, will now keep driving into the night with them, and hopefully forever forward. It's a late goodbye, such a late goodbye...
