In my oppinion highend mascara doesn't dry out as fast as drug store. I've been trying to pan a Lancome, Marc Jacobs and Pat Mcgrath mascara for what feels like FOREVER. I would love to see a mascara video!!

I absolutely prefer mascara reviews from someone that doesn't have perfect, long, lush and full lashes. Those people could wear any mascara and have their lashes look nice. We need to see people without perfect lashes because that's what is more relatable to a good many of us 😄
Also, my lashes WILL NOT hold a curl AT ALL unless I use waterproof mascara so I do unfortunately relate to you with that 😪

I always do my upper lash first to put the most product or risky clumps on longer lashes, then do both bottom lashes before dipping back in. Interesting to see it done bottom lash first!

I hope Parick Ta (as well as Mario) come to EU to an official retailer like Douglas or Sephora! I am very skeptical about brands created by singers or celebrities, preferring always those created by make up artists :)

Omggg with my short and sparse lashes only givenchy volume disturbia mascara makes my lashes look fuller longer and separated. I love it it does not flake and smudge like the toofaced and hourglass.

I bought the Rare beauty one and I am loving it a lot! But with this comparison I agree that the Patrick Ta looks better in your lashes

It's the curse of the Asian blood - short, stick-straight lashes that refuse to hold a curl. :) I have pretty much given up on mascaras.

I have very blonde very curled lashes so I need a small want to coat my whole lash base to tip.

i have similar lashes, really straight and the only not waterproof mascara that really holds the curl is the “extended play perm me up lash” from mac… the rare beauty gives me curl if I don’t use a lash curler, (weird I know…) but it works better… :)

Hi Morgan! Thank you for the video. I prefer the Rare Beauty side but everybody has a « best » side so that could be a factor. There are very few possible variations for mascara, in terms of wand design, brush design, and even formula. With respect to formula, there must very strict guidelines to ensure that none of the chemicals or pigments can damage the eyes, lashes or skin. It’s the combination of preferred brush size and type, preferred wand length and favorite formula that makes one’s favorite - brands are constantly playing with designs to create a mascara that will be the favorite for a majority of consumers. I would love to know if you have a favorite mascara and if so, what brand is it and what makes it special.
