sir, मैने किसी को कुछ पैसे उधार दिए थे, बदले मे मैने उससे cheque le Liya था security ke तौर पर। अब अगर वो person bank se cheque रुकवा दे और कहे दे कि मेरा cheque खो गया है और पैसे भी ना दे, तो इस situation मे मै कया कर सकता हूं?

सर नमस्कार सर F i r मध्ये अटक ८ आरोपींनीवर कलम १४९ आहे आणि अभिलेख तपासणीत कलम १४९ नाही. म्हणून अनेक वर्षांपासून फरार आरोपी हे अटक आरोपींना माहिती असून शोध घेण्यास अपयश.सर हे योग्य आहे का.

If I am moving out with my girlfriend, police stopped me and asked me mobile no. my parents and girlfriend's parents.if I lie and I say to police that I am not living with my parent and my girlfriend is also not living with her parents?
Then can police force me to ask mobile no.of To me and my girlfriend if I don't want to?
