I think the verbiage in timeline concern was there were no tangible milestones with dates (x units by y date, 5% of planned units x, online) ways you could judge how far along they are, etc…

The outside charging stations look really secure. I wouldn't trust my bike there anytime. Was this thought out at all? I knew that some people use their bikes for work for delivery but aren't any bikes a luxury item and why are they wasting so much money on them? How about a discount for people that use them for work and prove that they do?

You have to be careful when someone offers you free stuff. They'll say it's a great success and we should do more . Then they'll start writing the laws for you While raising your taxes And other revenue .
