I bought the flx 4 with no idea how to mix and very intimidated by the equipment but after having mix sessions every night for pretty much months now I’m looking to upgrade to four channels which I never thought I’d say 😂 I have my eye on the flx 6, I’m still unsure but as a beginner in the DJ world the flx 4 was worth every penny I think 👍

I purchased the FLX6 GT recently for my first DJ controller as I venture into converting all of my trance playlists into seamless mixes. So far so good, only complaints are when rekordbox gets a bit glitchy.

The two of the four that actually get the job done in any setting. Booth outputs, multiple mics, as well as proper balanced outputs are required.

I prefer DJ FLX6-GT. It has 4 channels and the price is not that big numbers. I don't use multiple master outputs when I had DDJ SR2. FLX6 is all I need.

Flx10 i like better I like the option to mute diffrent aspects of diff songs so you can take just the vocals from one song add the bass from another and instrumentals from a third

I'm look'n to get back into DJ'ing, ...and now I'm finding that the hardest thing to do is select a Controller. Naturally, my DJ'ing background are Technic 1200s, ...however, crazy mad technology has graced the DJ scene. I'm liking the DDJ-1000SRT, ...but then there's the Rane One, ...the DDJ-Rev7 (of which, I think would be perfect if it had a "CUE" button. And then there are the "Stand-Alone" controllers. So hard to select one...

I did purchase the ddj800 but it was lost in shipping (???), was refunded money, then went with flx6. And am amazingly happy with it. Jog wheels are firm but not too tight. Only flaw is the fx and platter selection, don't like the button type action, prefer dial instead, maybe a possible upgrade in the future.

I would personally go with the 4 channel entry level just because I use a Mackie pro FX 10 it is an audio mixer with 24 built in effects and features booth output. so I run my main out to my qsc 12's and run my booth to my Mackie monitors. I also utilize a 3.5 to Bluetooth to connect my phone to my controller to play music while I set up.

400 to 800, I keep my 400 because they are dope even when I listen to my old mixes they sound way to polished for a newb, 800 requires better technique but it's the natural upgrade never flx 6 2channels are enough for now and of course the balanced outs and mic and less screen usage because effects are on decks
