EXT. SKY - DAY
An airplane flies through the air.
EXT. SAN DIEGO AIRPORT - DAY
Stan walks out of the airport carrying two suitcases and looks around.
EXT. SAN DIEGO ZOO - DAY
Stan walks into a shot of the entrance to San Diego Zoo
with his bags and keeps walking.
SINGER (O.S.)
I'm gonna jack it where the sun always shines
(He's gonna jack it)
Been spreadin the word and now I need ease my mind.

EXT. SAN DIEGO - CORONADO ISLAND
Stan with his bags walking past the Coronado Island sights.
SINGER (O.S.)
Been plantin them apple seeds and
while the apples grow I'm gonna go
out Jackin it in - SAN DIEGO!
EXT. DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO - DAY
Start of a shot of Stan in the back of a taxi taking in the
sights of the Gaslamp District downtown.
Then a wider shot - the taxi drives through frame leaving
us with Three old time backup singers who appear in the
foreground, snapping their fingers and singing-

EXT. SAN DIEGO STREET CORNER - DAY
Stan gets to a street corner, with San Diego icons in the
distance and a few cars driving by - Stan turns backview to
camera and starts taking off his clothes.
BACKUP SINGERS
I Don't need no shirt, no, gonna take them pants right off
(He's aboutta Jack it)
On such a bright day - who needs underwear or socks?
(Jack'n it ho)
Been all around Gods country and
there's one thing I know There's no
better place for Jackin it than SAN DIEGO!!
Stripped down naked except his hat, Stan is doing dance
moves. He's always backview so we only see his butt. The
backup Singers appear in frame again.

One of the backup singers suddenly pops up into frame from
a corner, singing-

Cut to REAL PHOTOS of San Diego sights - A really bad green
screen animated Mayor appears overlayed on the screen and a
TITLE SAYS 'Jerry Sanders - Mayor, San Diego'
SAN DIEGO MAYOR
Come to San Diego there's so much to
see. From the sparkling waters of
mission bay to the warm tortillas of
Old town. And after a day of
sightseeing, why not try spankin' it
on one of our charming city streets?
San Diego. Come. Take a load off.
EXT. SAN DIEGO - SEA WORLD - DAY
The three backup singers snapping and
singing in front of Sea World.

Again much like in the Russell video, Stan is seen from the
back, doing Russell dance moves.

The cars are passin by me they honk to say hello

From his window there's a guy
shootin' video And if the good Lord
Jesus comes knockin on my door, just
Tell him that I'm jackin it in - San Diego!

Then a SUPER WIDE SHOT - with a little naked Stan in the
lower part of frame, surrounded by the big city of San
Diego. Shamu jumps, birds fly- as the song and the shot
FADES OUT.

Fun fact, Trey Parker has a musical degree, and that’s one of the reasons why a lot of South Park songs are surprisingly good and catchy (my favorite is either this or Blame Canada)

I like how Stan doesn't actually jack it, he just dances around. Because that's exactly what happened to Jason Russell, he never actually jacked it during his public meltdown, but all the media outlets claimed that he did.

As a native San Diegan, it’s really strange to see landmarks that I see on a regular basis show up in a show like South Park.
