For anybody confused about the safety lanterns and the “air quality” I believe that it is referring to dead air or foul air. Dead/foul air is air that is low on oxygen and mostly comprised of other gases like CO2. Because of this it is lethal if exposed for a long time, the worse thing is that people generally will be unable to tell that they are breathing in dead air until they start to get symptoms. That’s why before caving people generally carry around a lantern or torch so when the lantern or torch goes out they will know that there is dead air up ahead. Dead air could be found in caves, closed off tunnels or large fully enclosed spaces where there is little air flow. Which is why Sean started to “drown” in the cave.

This is not only one of my favorite videos you’ve made, but it is by far the most impressive in my opinion. The editing and just the overall feel of the video with the dinosaur VHS type horror vibe is outstanding, the little cuts to random scenes of dinosaurs and just the world is amazing, along with your storytelling. It is really immersive.

This has been the most maddening Forge Labs video I've ever watched. It's like Moe, Larry, and Curly all rolled into one player. The almost total lack of situational awareness when he's walking around in the forest with berries in his hand instead of a weapon. Stumbling around at night trying to find his "camp" instead of simply digging into the ground or building a simple dirt hut for the night. Constantly running away from the T-rex in a straight line and babbling like a nincompoop out of terror. Never cutting any trees down or leveling the land around his base to make it safer. Never putting any torches around his area to be able to see at night. NEVER enclosing his camp in a wall!
I would be reluctant to let him choose the place to have lunch on a super flat map in peaceful mode.
