As a woman who is a divine feminine and empath and has attracted narcissistic toxic men in the past...what served me the most was self love, self respect and learning to not tolerate fuckery. I laughed when you mentioned 'soul contracts' because i believed we must have been in a soul contract because the energy was so chaotic. But you're right, he was just a total insecure jerk!
