This is a "Cafeteria" restaurant.
You come in, get inoffensive food that fills you up at an affordable price, then get back to work - it doesnt stand out, it doesnt make waves, and it keeps the bluecollar workers running on relatively hearty and nutritious fare.
There's few to no reviews because it isnt that kind of place - its a purpose driven restaurant.

I love how most YouTubers do their best to be extra emotional and hype their content up. Then there's our best boy right here who throws the information out there with about as much emotion as most of us when the PS5 Pro price was announced. We love this man.

Reminds me of this mom and pop restaurant in Kyodo, Tokyo I visited 8 years ago. No sign it was a restaurant other than a cartoon octopus sign out the front.

Walked in, and this little old lady came over and did everything she could to help me out, despite me speaking no Japanese.

It wasn't there when I came again the year after...
