Awful misleading. You do NOT teach how to buy calls on Robinhood. You taught what calls are and you happened to use RH as your demo. Total waste of time.

i dont understand what the point of buying a call is when u could just buy the stock that u think is going to go up without the premium? mitigated risk in case the stock tanks? i.e. you buy a call of a stock at $20 thats at $10. it hits and u get to buy the stock at $10 (now worth $20) however, what would be the difference if you just bought it at 10 and it went to 20 plus no premium??? can someone clear this up. thank you! is it simply mitigating the risk in case the stock tanks you only lose your premium?

When the stock rallies and you have a profit, there are 2 outcomes. Correct? One, you sell before the options contract expires or you buy the stock at that strike price? Does that mean that you have to have the amount to buy 100 shares at that lower strike price? I’m guessing that’s not necessary and that I’m only getting the price difference generated between the stock price and the strike price when it’s ITM right?
