Hogwarts Legacy is an action role-playing game in which players are able to attend classes at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Locations from the Wizarding World franchise will be explorable such as the Forbidden Forest, Diagon Alley, and Hogsmeade. During character creation the player is able to choose their appearance, house, and gender. Players will be able to customize their character's voice, body type and add accessories such as glasses in character creation. Level progression will allow the player to access and upgrade different spells, talents, and abilities.

Hogwarts Legacy is set in the 1890s and follows a student starting at Hogwarts in the fifth year. As the player is starting at the school later than other students, a wizards field guide is given by the Ministry of Magic. Completing sections of this guide through exploration provides additional information and experience points. The player character, who holds the key to an "ancient secret that threatens to tear the wizarding world apart", is capable of manipulating a mysterious ancient magic, and will need to help uncover why this forgotten magic has suddenly made a resurgence and the ones that are simultaneously trying to harness it.

I love how everyone keeps telling brad to do the side quests and he just ignores them😅. but seriously the main quest is alright but the side stuff is what makes the game and the world come alive

To get those unforgivable curses you have to do the “In the shadow of” side quests with Sebastian he will teach you each. If you disagree with him when you get the opportunity to learn them you can have him teach you later. All the quests for Sebastian are great I think you should definitely do videos on getting each curse.

If you want the “crazy spells” (unforgivable curses) you need to do Sebastian’s quests and be nice to him and go along with his mindset/point of view

To get the unforgivable curses you need to complete the Sebastian quest line. I’m not sure if you skipped past it or not.

I don't know if anyone else has suggested this but you should try using lumos to get past the devil's snare (the black creeping vine things you tried to get rid of at 13:30), that's what they used in the chamber of secrets. Great series btw!

Sebastián is the key to unlocking those spells that you want to do learn.

The plant thing that regrows over time is called devils snare and it hates light so use lumos to walk through it and you won't take any damage
