Thank you very much for your video David. I’ve been a stylist for 40some years now and continue to enjoy learning.

This is great! I just have a question, how would it look if the client wears a middle part?

Your techniques look great, I noticed your pulling hairs forward toward the face. Its a little hard to see which sections your grabbing from, how far back of the section do I go? Im new to hairstyling.

It's amazing, with hair, how the simplest technique can make such a difference. Thank you. Since im on the subject, i had a client years ago who had moved out of town and got her hair cut. When she came back she wanted me to thin her thick hair out using the same technique which looked like a reverse slide cut (underneath the section going up rather than outer top of section down to base length). In other words can you please show a few different ways of thinning hair out (without using thinning shears) and which textures it would work with? thank you

I love this technique because I find I run into questions with face frame a lot. Would you mind doing a video showing the best way to texturize REALLY thick hair? I have a client that has 5, 000, 000, 000, 000 thick hairs on her head and I'm never super obsessed with the way her hair ends up laying in the end. Even after I straighten and smooth it, it's still feels like it could blend more. Thanks matt!!

Beautiful haircut!! I have a video request that might be unusual. As a client, I would like to find out about how to select a good hairdresser and what to expect during a salon visit to know that I'm dealing with professionals who care about their craft. How should I communicate with the stylist, and how to deal with an instance of poor service. A guideline for tipping would be appreciated also. Thank you.

love it u make it super easy! do you have a tip for making the blow dry last longer on curly hair? Many people here in my country have curly hair and they want to use it straight but when it's raining or it's hot it doesn't stay and looks horrible after some time! Thank you

Hi what type of brush would you use while drying hair: a round or paddle with boar bristles? I have long think wavy Italian hair.... I heard boar bristles create shine but I don't want frizz.. Thank you where are you located? I'm in the SF Bay Area can you suggest a good stylist for color and cut? I like to do a dark violet red / mahogany color.. Shampoo tips thanks

Love love your videos especially this one because i always try to explain to my hair stylist how i want my face frames but they don't understand or i don't know how to explain myself properly but this is exactly how i like it. I love it you are awesome keep doing videos. Do a how to cut hair or do this face frame cut for beginners or not professionals hair dressers. A at home video. Please please. Thanks👌🏼

Looks great but do you do any final touches when the hair is dry? I always had this issue when cutting layers in the front. It still scares me! I tend to do it all when it's dry so I can see how it falls and looks
