Great review and flight Ryan! I got the Rodeo from Amazon for only 185 plus free shipping and have been amazed at how well it flies. I got some cheap goggles from Eachine but have yet to try FPV flying. This little quad has some awesome punch to it and is surprisingly tuff!!

Finally something small enough to fly around my little flying area next to the house, on the plus side it is durable, however you may want to check the connections inside to make sure nothing broke loose example wires after that hard of a crash. Nice review Ryan :)

Hi, that wire that you are not sure of is actually for plugging into the dsc port of Devo 7 as trainer wire or for simulator which I haven't tested

Great view Ryan. I love watching but I never comment. I like when praise you give the radio. I have been looking for my first FPV copter. So I've been watching A LOT of videos. I hate how the guys knock the Radio that comes with the Rodeo 110 and 150. Thank you for your honesty. Keep up the good work.

I've been flying mine a few months now and I love it. For as small as it is it has power, I usually fly it in a big open area but it does do well in smaller areas too. I have crashed mine quite a few times, one crash I ended up with a cracked bottom plate. I ordered parts via Walkera, they are cheap. I have not yet replaced the bottom plate though as it has continued to fly just fine with the minor crack.
Even though parts are cheap I do dread having to actually open up the body if and when it might be necessary as I've heard it can be difficult to work on. All things aside I would buy another in a heartbeat however I'm kind of curious what Walkera will follow this up with ? Thanks for your in depth review !

Cable is for trainer mode! plugs into back of transmitter and other pilots transmitter.

Great review Ryan, I am a big fan of this quadcopter, I have one and it it's a great flyer for sure, also surprisingly durable as I found out the hard way one a couple ocassions :)
