Who is to blame for Riverlands flooding?

Barely a week after Riverlands in the Swartland Municipality was flooded, residents were forced to flee their homes again. And it seems this time an engineering mishap has once again led to human tragedy for the residents of the town. eNCA's Ayesha Ismail reports. #dstv403

When I was use to hear from some croupt official if you dont like it here go back home (*not every one there are lot of good people) I was use to get angry but not any more Goverenment has made it like HOME with services such as load shedding of electricity, water, law situation, broken roads, filthy street, road blocks after every 10km (obviously for lunch and pick n pay glossaries collection) and list goes on and on top of that one way ticket prices are that high 😂 no body can afford to go back
