Good engine i have a 8 four stroke second hand purchase close to new.My old boat was stolen with a tohatsu four stroke 25 and this easier engine i can drive to my door through a little channel in a inflatable. Theese just need oil changes, timing belt etc last it, s lifetime.

Read the manual. My f8 has to be stored on the pin side.
I did de mistake an a lot of oil was in the engine bay

The best? It's way too heavy! Try putting a 40kg outboard on the transom of a sailboat without affecting the performance of the boat. You can't!
Still using my old Yamaha two stroke, because there isn't a viable alternative.
