BILLIONAIRES' ROW is a set of ultra-luxury residential skyscrapers, constructed or in development, that are arrayed roughly along the southern end of Central Park in Manhattan, New York City. Several of these buildings are in the supertall category, taller than 1,000 feet (300 m), and are among the tallest buildings in the world. Since most of these pencil towers are built or proposed on 57th Street, the term has been used to refer to the street itself as well.

First, I have to say -- another great video! 👍🏽

I love my city -- faults and all! I am a proud New Yorker (NYC)! Normally, I overlook the regular obvious spam and bot comments. However, some comments annoyed me enough to make this post.

I just have to say that if you don't like big cities -- you don't like living around noise and a lot of people -- that's just fine. I completely understand that. Each to their own. But please don't be a hater! -- and I am going to say this repeatedly throughout this post. Why are you even watching this video as if you don't know what NYC is about?!

I wouldn't look up a walking tour of a city (town/township) in Washington, Colorado, Kanas, Tennessee, Utah, North/South Dakota, etc. and leave a comment saying that, "wow, this place is so boring and dull -- no shops, no entertainment, no interesting people, no interesting things to see -- why would anyone choose to live here?" I wouldn't do that because,

1. I'm not a hater.
2. I understand that not everyone gets to choose where they live.
3. All places have their endearments, and I understand that it is home for you.

Granted, I'd admit that I couldn't live in these areas because it's not my cup of tea; I'm a New Yorker (NYC). However, I DO recognize that these places have their own endearments - reasons why people CHOOSE to live there or choose to stay there. As I always say, "each to their own" -- But please don't hate on "the other".

For those who have made very negative posts about NYC in general based on this 45-minute video on a 5 to 10 block radius of the city in so-called "Billionaires Row", please recognize that you are ignorant ( research the term) or acknowledge that you are a hater.

America has been so successful because of its diversity and adaptability. But I think we are now in decline socially-economically, and in basic common-sense. We need to do better as a people.

How cool would it be if someone did a video walking tour through ancient Egypt, circa 2490 BC.

Hey Julian, a fellow NYCer here. It takes a lot of stamina strength and love to do what you do. We appreciate your videos. There is so much construction and so many new areas in the city. Would love to see all the new spots.

I wish you would do a bit more window shopping to put extra variety in the tour. I used to live in that area. Part of the fun is looking into shop windows. Beautiful day for the tour 😊

Finally winter is gone Julien! Great Billionaires' Row walking tour full of a brand new super expensive high rise buildings made of shiny glass and concrete and cars for sure. Classic car /32:36 - 33:22/ was the best moment of this walk.😉 I love vintage cars too. Thanks for basking in the sun for us, have a great weekend! 😉✨☀️

NYC is really city. A lot to do and see it is too expensive. I love the crowds, the stores, the streets....but I need to win the lotto. As a young man i used to walk, and walk around the city a lot, and I mean a lot. I love it.
