WHO Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus will address the annual assembly of the U.N. health agency to discuss global health priorities. The body is also set to decide on whether to approve the 2024-2025 budget in a test of countries' previous pledge to increase the fees they pay to the organisation.
