Our higher chakras are our connections to our truth, our intuition and our spirit being. The heart chakra - sometimes also referred as being the “bridge chakra” and located in the centre of our chest - acts as a channel to filter the base energy through the loving heart centre into the higher chakras with Love and ease. This unites our physical being with our spiritual higher being.

This 432Hz-grid based higher chakras healing meditation and sleep music features shorter versions from one of my chakra series and gives you the opportunity to unblock, open, balance and heal each of your higher chakras during a recovering goodnight sleep: your heart chakra, throat chakra, third eye chakra (3rd eye) and crown chakra.

The present music for meditation and/or sleep is based on a natural 432Hz chakra grid. According to this grid, the frequencies our higher chakras can resonate with are as follows: heart chakra (364.5Hz) - throat chakra (384Hz) - third eye chakra (432Hz) - crown chakra (480Hz).
