This foundation merge still works after the recent hotfix that messed with some building techniques in fo76

Here are my other links! I’ve just started setting them up so be patient with me. ^_^ If you ever want to tag me in a picture of something you recreated please do!

I've usually sunk things doing the pull to another foundation method, but this is more accurate and the fact that lets you float is bonus. Thanks for helping with the sweet spot, totally never thought of floating off foundations Tele, awesome!!!

Omg girl... you're the first one who explained this in a way even I could understand it. Great video :)

Thank you so much. I've seen a couple of other tutorials on the same technique but this one was easier for me to follow within the first 2 minutes than the others were in the whole video

Thanks for these awesome tricks! I've tried this method of foundation merge before, but it was quite hit & miss for me. Your description made it clearer in my mind, so I look forward to trying again!

Just wanted to thank you. I had seen your video in the past and gave up after a minute lol. But watched again and really tried to follow your instructions percisely and I eventually did it following exactly what you said. Great info and I really do appreciate it!

Tried doing a foundation sink for the first time using this method. I'm so particular about how things end up sitting so having more precision control is definitely a plus. I am happy to say I successfully sank a hot tub into a foundation on the first try. Your tips and tricks are always so straightforward and easy to understand. Thank you for sharing!

Great tips and tricks! Thanks for showing it to us and make it an easy to understand. Still can’t believe there were only five entries on the Facebook group, I’ll have to double check that.

Thanks so much for this. I have always struggled with the other method. I was able to finally make that duck method work, but this seems easier.

Glad to see other people have discovered this and credited Maejima and Lucy Jane. The other trick with this is if you use the button to hold the item in place. I don't know what it is on a controller but on keyboard you would hold e and then use the scroll wheel to move it up and down. This method can also be used to move items up, down, and pretty much anywhere you want. I personally used it to have stuff look like it was floating on the water (ducks) and fish look like they were swimming in the water. It also helps to have the foundation that you are not moving not in view or as much of it not in view that you can. This works also with any item that can snap, like the shelves and such. You gave a great explanation!
