Nice! Just a recommendation: Don't run it sitting on a plastic bag - some generators suck in air for cooling from the bottom which might be blocked by the bag. This particular generator has an intake in the front though, so you should be fine.

First few pulls supposed to be slower n steady ! At least least you got your workout at the same time too

Next time put it run position then pull string if it’s taking long to catch in start mode. That’s what I do and it start on a dime once I switch to run mode first.
