What I find hilarious about the scene is that this is one of the few times in Season 2 where Barry seeks a friend in Hank, and Hank, who had been desperately wanting to have a strong friendship with Barry, completely misses it.

I love how the series balances the serious parts with the humour. It's like a really serious scene about murdering a crime boss, and if Barry is evil. Then "Yoshinoya Beef Bowl!"

Anthony's improv in this scene is purposefully meant to make Bill break. I'm certain he wasn't suppose to say "Hat on a hat" or "Yoshinoya Beef Bowl" and instead chose those specifically to fuck with Bill.

I love how he included the expression "a hat on a hat" that he learned from Seth Meyers while in SNL and also the Yoshinoya Beef Bowl line from Mulaney

Sign of how off Barry's radar is: he's asking the guy telling him to kill someone whether he's evil, like that's an accurate barometer. HOWEVER, "Yoshinoya beef bowl." NoHo redeemed.
