Surprised there’s no mention of Kieron Walton (Winnipeg Jets prospect)
Picked 187th (6th round) in 2024
6’6, 212lbs, 18 years old
40g 57a 97p in 66 games. Kid looks like the next Tage Thompson, but we’ll see how his game translates to the NHL level. Definitely exciting tho.

The fact the Wings got anything for Gibson is impressive cause man hes brutal from the games Ive watch in the OHL and the WJC he was beyond bad to get Kiiskanen and a 2nd was very good work for the Wings

Like Aiden Fink, Arseni Sergeyev plays for Penn State as their goalie and is one of the top goaltenders in the NCAA

Thank you for mentioning Mews. He’s incredible and I can’t believe Calgary got him AND Zayne Parekh.

Being a wings fan and not putting finnie on the list is criminal brother lol

Yegor Zavragin is a great goalie prospect from 2023. Not sure if you overlooked him, but he’s playing a lot of games for CSKA

Really great concept for a video!! I'm sure other Flyers fans have mentioned his name but Yegor Zavragin is going absolutely nuclear in the KHL right now (which is a lower-scoring league granted, but even then he's putting up incredible numbers) at just 19 years old. We obviously have had a lot of goaltending woes this season so we are extremely stoked to see such a late pick develop so well so young

Wish the cutoff was 2nd rounders instead of 3rd, solely so I could hear someone else gush about how Nikita Artamonov is top-25 in the entire KHL in goals as a teenager (3 more than Demidov iirc)

Crazy you didn't include Luca Cagnoni
4th round pick (123 overall) in 2023
42 points 13 goals as a 20 year old rookie in the AHL

I know the senators don’t have much of a prospect pool but pick number 117 in 2024 Blake Montgomery is on an absolute tear this year. 10 points in 10 game in the USHL then he transitioned to the OHLers London Knights putting up 23 goals, 26 assists for 49 points in 47 games. For a prospect pool that has nothing after Yakemchuk, Montgomery is such a bright spot, really wish Ottawa picked mews, Calgary has someone special in him seeing him play with the Ottawa 67’s multiple times

Kevin He Kieran Walton could b on here imo

I would’ve added Clarke Caswell. A 5th rounder for Seattle last year. Having a great year for Swift Current in the WHL.

Finn Harding is looking kinda nasty for a 7th rounder. Great video!

Emmitt Finnie 7th rounder 2023 to Detroit. Already earned an ELC and having a breakout year in Kamloops. Signing an ELC already makes a 7th a steal IMO.

I love this kind of video. William Nicholl, a 7th round pick by the Oilers last year, is playing more of a role on the London Knights this season and has more than doubled his production. His 2024-25 stat line is very close to the 2023-24 stat line of his teammate, Sam O'Reilly, who earned the Oilers trading up to take him at the end of the first in 2024.

Melvin Fernström selected in the 3rd round is having a great rookie season in the SHL with a slightly better PPG than Lucas Raymond for instance in his rookie season.

Kevin He and Kirean Walton. Two 100% steals for the jets. Just watch their film and stats.

If Lardis's game translates to the NHL AND the Hawks so.ehow end up with Misa.
+Bedard.

Then Nazar and Moore take huge steps, there is a really good chance for them to take a rapid jump in the next few years.
Great to see it!

Nic Lardis is an absolute BEAST!! The hawks definitely needed him. He should be a big time point producer along with Bedard if it all works out
