For those with the Fighter class, Cartman has a unique voice line if you use the Roshambo ability when you’re supposed to fart on Princess Kenny.

“Are you crazy, King Douchebag? Princess Kenny is a chick! You’re supposed to fart on her balls, not kick them!”

This made me wish that Professor Chaos is a boss character. Yes, I know you fight Butters if you side with Kyle during the Attack The School quest.

00:37 - I just noticed that Jimmy's line, "You're messin' with a Crip now, fool." can have two contexts. Crip is a member of the Crips gang, that Jimmy and Timmy joined in the episode "Krazy Kripples", but also Crip can be short for a Cripple, who Jimmy is.
