Obviously never been in a snow storm before. You can actually get snow blind because the sun reflects off the snow and makes everything bright. So sunglasses not only allows one to see better, it protects ones eyes.

The more you know~!

some kind of tint in eye glass's helps make not so bright with the snow, even at night time. when driving .

They had no business being on that highway, endangering their own lives and the lives of the truckers that have to be there.

because of the massive 18 wheelers who are going to potentially plow into them...because of the zero visibility, hence why it's so dangerous, especially when they stop and aren't moving, they have no chance of moving out of the way

I have driven in snow like that in Iowa and Illinois. It’s like a bad fog and can be as dangerous.

Our poor UK friends... the biggest lesson learned is you NEVER (I repeat never) stop your vehicle on the highway in a whiteout... flick your hazards on & SLOW DOWN. During the winter, always travel CDN highways with an emergency preparedness kit (candles, flares, beer... jk) could come in handy & could save your life! Travel safe!!

In weather like that most would stay home. The cold winds bring what is called Wind Chill Factor that can kill you very quickly. If you have no choice and your on the road in conditions like that, you keep an emergency equipment in your car. I have a suit I can get into that is good to -50 with a hood. As a Canadian and I am very sure the North States which can have the same conditions all know this. When your from another country like that of Britain, you come here... Be Prepared. ALWAYS

What is the song called at the end of Worlds Most Dangerous Roads - Alaska?

I hope you can help me!

Alaska year round resident here. That ain't nothing, overly dramatic that's the gist of it. When you go through our mountains at the highest passes in fall through spring -- whiteouts pretty common yet its not flat, in some areas more like a 2 mile 15% grade with dropoffs on one side and no shoulder, and no room for error ... hell this video is childs play, you can see the road that ain't no whiteout, a whiteout is not even able to see your hood nor a truck till its right on top of you emerging out of the snow

Did anyone notice that in the supposed whiteout and drifts the road had been plowed ahead of them :) Bunch of fabricated drama!

2:13 - more then enough visibility to get where you need to be. you can see the road for Gods sake.

Northern Manitoba have a "winter survival equipment is suggested" sign on our just a regular day. LOL!

So.... other than just Getting in the Way... why are you there, just trying to be a road obstacle?
