Modelling chocolate Snail tutorial

How to make a quick and easy snail using modelling chocolate! Something a little different to my usual cake decorating videos.

Tools and products used in this video -
I used 'life in sugar' chocolate but you can use any brand for this

Wow he's so cute! I just started sculpting with polymer clay so modeling chocolate appeals to me as an edible medium to try out. My hands run really warm though so I wonder if anyone has tips for how to keep the chocolate cool while working with it?
