Oh I'm sorry you didn't love We Are Okay, for me it was amazing but that might be also because it deals close to home. But I read other book of Nina called Everything Leads to You and that one I didn't like so as I said, might be because it dealt with things I am familiar. However, have not read any other books you mentioned but they def sound like something worth keeping an eye on

I loved We Are Okay. Such a beautiful picture of grief. I also loved The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue. Currently reading Everything All At Once.

We Are Okay definitely has a beautiful cover and the plot seems so good, so it's disappointing hearing that it kind of fell flat :( I might give it a go anyways though just to see what I think of myself because it seems to be relatively small!

I'm reading The Jewel trilogy by Amy Ewing rn. I read the first two books before but I completely forgot what they were about and now the third book just came out😂😂
So I'm just starting to reread the second one after finishing the first, and I'm in love all over again! they're written so well, with great characters and a great storyline, and they're definitely an underrated series so I'd totally reccomend looking into them

I read “everyone’s a aliebn when ur an aliebn too” and I loved it! I was surprised to find it wasn’t as PG as some would think. I loved all the messages and meanings (some really tugged at my heart strings). 5 stars!

I'm still reading the last 100 pages or so, but my book that I really love that I've read recently is A Hero for WondLa. So far, it's been even better than the first book in the trilogy, and I can't wait to read the third one.
