Legal expert weighs in on NYC's vaccine mandate rollback for athletes, performers

Mayor Eric Adams announced Thursday that he's rolling back New York City's vaccine mandate for pro-athletes and performers. Rachel Demarest Gold, a labor and employment attorney, joined CBS2 to offer legal analysis on the decision.

She's a horrible lawyer, disparate treatment is disparate treatment period! How is there a legal basis to treat people differently based on their job. They didn't do a deep analysis to see who is really in contact with the public or who was in an office by themselves. They painted everyone with the same brush and now they are making exceptions for certain people. This is horrendous.
