Never say never! There are a lot of variables on this one, but inside of 30 yards, an unobstructed shot, yes.

Yes if the bull isn't aware of me and is on a low walk like in this video. Distance would be 40yds.

I would say yes on taking a moving shot but only at that pace or slower and nothing further then 30 yards, just to many variables to cause you to hit possibly further back in the guts

He seems slightly quartering to in this video so I'd say it's a little riskier than if he was purely broadside and moving a little slower. I would risked mewing at him to stop him in this instance.

Man moving shots are tough. If he's walking that slow it's hard to know because he could easy stop when you shoot. I don't like moving shots. Think I'd mew to get him to stop otherwise pass.
