She’s not a bad actress but she’s absolutely dire as Ellie. Just can’t take her seriously at all as Part 2’s rampaging, murderous, unrelenting vengeance Ellie. Clips I’ve seen of her performance just confirm my take. Won’t even bother watching season 2

Prepared the same way for season 2 as for season 1. So no change. Ellie is supposed to be 4 years older and is supposed to have matured. But it sounds like 18 year old Ellie is going behave the same as 14 year old Ellie. Well she doesn't look older in anyway so why not?
