Demolition at Cheswick power plant to be rescheduled

A hearing has been going on all day over plans to implode the former boiler house at the old Cheswick power plant in Springdale. Some residents have filed a lawsuit trying to stop it from happening, saying they're still having problems from an earlier implosion. KDKA-TV's Chris Hoffman has more.

Elevated of course beyond what was expected of course but how much elevated how much beyond what was expected? That’s lawyer talk. The lawyer just trying to be able to justify what he’s going to charge these people and we’re talking about dollars and cents here. Remember he didn’t utter a word about how this may have been for more than a short time on health. This is one and done. Would you rather have the smokestack there? People are so easily fooled.
