I am several hundred miles north of San Diego in a rural area. Those people coming through San Diego are coming north. Now ( and it's been sudden ) most intersections has someone with a sign aaking for money and a lot of new people just standing around and in the parking lots of the markets people who don't speak English or Spanish showing a sign asking for money. I've been in this community 73 years and this is sudden.
