1. A talented game designer who lacks funds/art talent wants to create fun, mechanically innovative games (Art generation could help).
2. A talented artist wants to apply his beautiful art into a game, but lacks funds/time/talent for programming (Code generation could help).

I get the ethical and legal issues involved with using AI art. But what he's talking about is something that most people wouldn't even be complaining about if he was just straight up posting samples of other people's art and saying "Which do you like best?" Tone down the fearmongering a bit, guys.
