This is not the same as a hard reset how do we do a factory hard reset ? Like if there was a virus and could not access windows at all or the virus destroyed your OS?

I’ve tried this. It getting to “resetting this pc 1%” and then the laptop restarts and it says “there is a problem setting your pc, no changes were made”

Lenovo, hit F2 during boot, choose 'OneKey Recovery' choose initial backup. Not all system settings are available to non admin users, or for technicians who don't have local administrator credentials and the machine is not joined to a domain

This doesn't remove the Windows OS though right? Like I will not have to install Windows from scratch right? It will just put it to the state it was in when I first removed it from the box, correct. I will still have my OS and can just redo the Windows setup, correct?
