❄ Relaxing Sounds of an Oil platform in the Arctic Ocean with Wind, Water & Snow Falling Ambience

Relaxing sound video of an oil rig in the arctic ocean. These white noise ambient sounds are generated by water, wind and snow falling and If you listen close enough you can hear the sound of water freezing over. This is combined with relaxing low frequencies and delta waves from the oil platform. The sounds are steady and solid an there are no high-pitched notes in this soundscape video. The sounds of this oil platform are a bit creepy but for many people very relaxing and I get a lot of messages that they can sleep very well with this video.

The sound of this oil rig is very relaxing but I also know that an real oil rig is not good for nature!!

◼ All my soundscape videos are made in high quality with editing programs such as Vegas Pro, Photoshop and Audacity, and take many hours / days of editing and mixing to create. The equipment I use to record the audio are the Zoom H5 or H6 recorder + Audio-Technica BP4025 microphone, and for the videos I use the GoPro Hero6. Some video and audio files are made in collaboration with other video / audio creators with all the licenses & commercial use rights that are necessary. I mixed these video or audio files with the creation of myself. Sometimes I use a photo and make a moving video of it.
I hope you like my channel! Please let me know in the comments.

No matter how many new "sleep sound" videos that come out, this is still my all-time favorite.

Boss, welcome aboard. I call it, Mother base. She might not look like much at the moment, but she'll grow alongside us as we pull in more recruits.

I use to live on Galveston Island in the Gulf of Mexico and in the 70's we would leave our windows open at night to sleep in the 2nd story of our house and on foggy nights you could hear the horns from the oil rigs out in the Gulf along with the waves was soothing.

About 30 minutes in, just as you're drifting off, the sound of a large wrench dropped on the metal decking.

I've watched hundreds of these, from rain, t-storms, snow. Wind, blizzards, waves, etc. etc., but this is oddly mesmerizing me, I love it, & idk why.

I was in the Army and we used to go to the field for training! I remember always hearing a 10k generator Diesel engine running not too far from my tent!! That continuous drone of noise used to help me sleep so soundly! That is until someone woke me out of my nice warm Extreme Cold weather sleeping bag to go pull Roving guard at Zero Two Thirty hours every morning!! This background noise is steady and solid like that generator! I love it thank you!! Namaste!!!!

Man this really brings me back to those 8 hour shifts on the ol' oil rig up in the Arctic Ocean... that was some of the best sleep I ever had.

The countless nights of relaxing to this has given me a fascination (if not an emotional bond) with oil rigs.

It was not always Winter. I remember lying on my back and being overwhelmed and truly flabbergasted by the amazing sights of the Northern Lights illuminating the skies above us. We used to ask the night-shift crews to call us out when a spectacular display was overhead. Oh, how we wondered and marvelled at such scenes! Never to be forgotten.

Never thought I would find an oil platform in the Arctic Ocean relaxing. Oddly enough, stick this on, and I could sleep for the whole eight hours of the recording. Magic!

Can we get a, " On Mars during a dust storm in the afternoon while a meteor shower ensues" relaxing video? Thanks in advance!🙏🏿

This is very oddly one of the most relaxing sounds. The gentle sound of the ocean and fire, the steady wind.. it really is like being in the middle of no where. Just peaceful.

Yknow I came in here curiously and ended up loving the audio. As I went to comment I see that the whole comment section is gold.
10/10 will return again.

2/10 did not accurately capture the calming soundscape of an oil rig. I don’t hear any rig hands cursing or foreman’s yelling about downtime.

Didn’t think I would like this but gave it a try and the different layers of sounds are actually quite relaxing. Made me feel the vast openness of the arctic

This is by far the most powerful and atmospheric ambience I have ever listened to.

SAME HERE. I AGREE. I'VE WATCHED MANY OF THESE AND I MUST SAY IT'S ALWAYS BETTER WHEN THE PICTURE IS MOVING. MOTION GIVES IT MUCH MORE OF A REALNESS TO IT LIKE YOU ARE THERE. SUPER COOL!!
