Audio/Video Gear:
The audio interface is a Universal Audio Apollo x8p, running UAD plug-ins (emulations of classic compression, EQ, modulation and reverb). The video camera is a Canon Vixia HF G70 running into a Blackmagic Design UltraStudio Recorder 3G (converts HDMI to a thunderbolt signal) into my MacBook Pro, which is running Wirecast Pro (video switching) with Titler Live Social (onscreen graphics). I use the Loopback Audio app to send the desired Apollo output channels to Wirecast Pro.

Always liked "Heat of the Moment" and Asia in general. I had the sheet music to that track back in '82/'83. I remember it being a pain to play because it was in D-flat major (a lot of black keys for those who don't play a keyboard). Always thought it might be awful to do on guitar, but I see you capo the first fret and play chords forms from C-major a half step up; doesn't look so bad. This was the first time in the four years of subscribing that I actually watched your fret hand on this song!

You also talk about "867-5309 (Jenny)" being "dated" because of the reference to a dime pay phone. "Heat of the Moment" is even worse when it comes to being "dated:" the lyrics reference 1982 explicitly!
