When ever I drag and drop iTunes does not accept, but when I copied and pasted by right clicking on device icon it worked. How on earth the Apple design such UI for any . one to understand. Thanks for this video.

It works only with free apps. If you try to do that with paid apps then the device will say "waiting (for installation) but when you click on the app it says "1st you need to buy it" So it kinda works and kinda not. Any solutions to this? I dont wanna play in jailbreaking my iPad cos it's still on warranty

Thx, but it did not work for me; I am using Windows 7, I had the .IPA file open in windows explorer, in my Downloads folder, I dragged into iTunes over top of "On My Device" and nothing happened. No syncing. Any suggestions? What version of windows are you using?
