The rocking chair was a Vermont Tubbs Oak Snowshoe Rocking Chair with Rawhide Lacing. I love it and would have scooped it up in a heartbeat!

I had that gorilla bank that was sitting on the shelf next to Barney. I am 67 years old and I had that bank when I was 12. They are practically antiques. So very funny to see it!!!

Barbara Fritchie was a Union supporter during the Civil War. She became famous as the heroine of a poem by Whittier, defending the U.S. flag.

I looked up the snow shoe rocking chair, and they go for over 1000 dollars! You should go back for it!!

Thank you! Compliments of you and watching your channel, yesterday while thrifting I found 2 Fenton hand painted custard glass bears. They are in perfect condition with their original stickers. Watching your channel is the best antique vintage class!

The Bunny with a butterfly on its nose is Pier 1 (I think). A few months ago, I found one at my Goodwill as well. It went home with me too!! 🐰🦋

Those two teapots that you found are actually called somayaki. They originated in Japan around 1830. When we lived in Japan, we would buy pieces until we had a whole set.

IDK if you’ll ever see this but I have to say that aside from your incredible gift and instincts, you are so great at bringing resellers together I was just watching Kate with the Berner bros and it’s just really cool how generous and friendly you are👍

That’s a snow shoe rocking chair. I have one I bought in 1976. I probably paid about $65 for it. I bought it from L L BEAN. Still looks brand new.

7:40 I just dropped & broke my Watt pottery apple bowl today :(. I was so upset with myself. It had belonged to my grandma. She used it to make biscuits & silly me was clumsy & dropped it. I use it all of the time, so I will definitely be looking to buy another one. It would have been so cool if the ones you found were in good condition & you got them. 😊

The yellow ware mixing bowl set for $3.99 sure looks like the Watt apple pattern. I still have my Rockingham and Bennington brown glazed earthenware collection. Funny how the times change. Oh well, I enjoy them. Just never know when a spittoon or chamberpot might come in handy. LOL.

Kia Ora Jocelyn, that Llama painting was everything. I loved that sculpted Victorian style hand note holder (repo or not) it was different. I like 'different' 😁

That yellow double picture frame would be perfect for kids artwork.

The 2 teapots are Soma Ware by Somayaki. I’ve got a few of the cups right now.

Thanks for the Jordan Imports clue! I've picked up several similar pieces over the years but have never been able to source them. Now I know!
