The Rose Garden

The Rose garden, a precious gem of perfume and color, was set into the grandiose Viale dei Colli project of enlarging Florence.
Today, there are over 300 varieties in the collection: ancient species like the 1560 Rosa mundi.
In 1998 the architect Yasuo Kitayama created the Japanese oasis Shorai and the Zen temple “Kōdai-ji”,

Since September 2011, the garden has been enriched with poetic sculptures by Jean-Michel Folon.
