The Minecraft Survival Guide continues! In this tutorial, we look at how to craft a Respawn Anchor - a new block in the 1.16 Nether Update which allows you to set your respawn point in the Nether! But why would you want to set your spawn there? What else can you do with the Respawn Anchor? And does it explode in the overworld? All these questions and more will be answered!

Did you know that in the 2nd bastion you've found there's a barrier block underneet the lava pools under the outside bridge?

It has ben confirmed as a bug, but mojang didn't know about it and so it wasn't removed.

I'm planning on making a nether base in a new world with my mates. Thinking about doing maybe connected domes or something, not sure yet. Warped forest seems to be the best place though, since the only things that spawn there are endermen, and they can be blocked with light
