As a Habs fan, I find this hilarious, and not insulting at all.

I get what where he’s coming from. But when you can only get 3500 people in the arena, and we’ve been on lockdown for 16+ months (No bars, restaurants, no friends over), of course we’re gonna celebrate in the streets, even after just one win trailing 3-1, even if it feels unjustified and exaggerated to you.

That being said, he just won the cup and led in scoring. Twice in a row. He was dominant on the ice the whole series and all playoffs for that matter. Let him have his moment to celebrate and talk shit about everyone else.

C'mon could you imagine winning back to back titles! Being hurt all season and dominating in the playoffs. It's unfair to put a guy on camera who's drunk. People complain about athletes not actually speaking thier minds. But look how they exploit them when they are drunk. Give the man a pass I would would 50 times worse I'd it was me.
