FILM DESCRIPTION:
When John Connor (Jason Clarke), leader of the human resistance against Skynet, sends Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney) back to 1984 to protect his mother, Sarah (Emilia Clarke), from a Terminator assassin, an unexpected turn of events creates an altered timeline. Instead of a scared waitress, Sarah is a skilled fighter and has a Terminator guardian (Arnold Schwarzenegger) by her side. Faced with unlikely allies and dangerous new enemies, Reese sets out on an unexpected new mission: reset the future.

I like how even though the T1000 can run at 40 mph, it still feels it's important to walk towards Sarah in a slow, menacing stroll, even as it's getting melted. Such dedication to drama, bravo.

The actor for T-1000 is actually a really great actor and a huge star in Korea its a shame he gets wasted on crappy movies.

"You could've shot me." Hardly something the first Kyle Reese would say. He was a soldier, he shouldn't have been alarmed of the possibility of being shot. Inconsistency of character.

She should have just opened fire right away, either she kills a terminator or she kills Jai Courtney, either way it's a win-win

Despite the issues with the movie, this was actually a pretty decent solution to the problem without going full on magma. Liquid metal has greater surface area than raw metal and it makes it easy to damage nanobots by simply dunking it in acid.

PUTTING AT THE TOP SINCE NOBODY READS
Edit: I’m still getting replies to this 5 years later so I’ll reiterate. It doesn’t matter how it was killed or if they were prepared. The whole point is that terminators don’t seem anywhere near as intimidating as before if they can be killed off in a fraction of the movies runtime.

I love how T-1000 nods with an almost smirk at her plan to foot shoot so if she hit the wrong one she wouldn’t kill him.

This scene was stupid why even bother to mimic Reese after second showed up. Quick jump, blade to the head and no more Connors.
