My heart & soul NEEDED a fur child and I ran down and opened the door for the cat & it came in like it had known me all my life. I LOVE her to the moon & back!!!! (Yeah, I was generously blessed with a female cat)
I had to get the things she needed and I wanted her to have time to get used to me & acclimate herself to the apartment, so I had her spayed when she was a year old.(she was approximately 6 months old when she came to me, which until she got her shots at the vet, I wasn’t aware of her age.)
