Very nice for flying in the US but useless anywhere else in the world. US phraseology is totally different from ICAO which is widely used basically anywhere else.

For those who happen to live on the USA west coast, this could be a great tool since this is the area and ONLY area of coverage provided by Pilot Edge. I live on the east coast so the west coast locations provided are at best only fictional to me and do not have the same connection with reality for me as it would for someone who actually lives or is training there.
While I consider the price for this service to be more than reasonable, it is less reasonable for me to pay the same price as those who receive this service in surroundings that are familiar to them.
If Pilot Edge ever gets around to providing the same service on the east coast, I'll be the first to sign up!!! ...but I suspect that I will have already learned what I need to by that time. Sorry Charlie!!! 🤨
