Wesley Snipes sued the producers of Blade: Trinity because he didn't like how they treated him. He claimed that he was harassed over his race, that the screenplay and supporting cast were forced on him against his will, and that he hadn't been paid his full fee for performing the role of Blade or been exempt from tax liability as promised. He also blamed David Goyer for the poor reception to the film. At the end, the lawsuit was settled out of court for an undisclosed sum.

I mean, to be fair. He's right. They fucked that movie up bad. Blade 1 was pure gold. Blade 2 had some problems but was solid. Blade 3 was an absolute shit show.

One thing that ruined that movie for me was the stylistic difference between 2 and 3. 2 felt like an actual sequel to blade while 3 felt like a bad early 2000s reboot.

He didn't like the way he was treated because they were trying to make Jessica Biel and Ryan Reynolds the new faces of the Blade series of movies and shift the films into a more marketable direction eventually having the films go from R to PG-13 and be more like how the MCU is today with all the quips and one liners.

At the end of the day MCU studio was on the verge of bankruptcy until they gambled on Wesley Snipes and Blade. Now the MCU studio is a multi billion empire and Mr Snipes has recieved nothing from that, not even offical recognition. Even when I watch back, Snipes is extraordinary. No other actor embodied a superhero role as Snipes did Blade
