I just hope Tyreek developed some empathy for those who he has assaulted- his son, an ex girlfriend, a female model/influencer and an employee of a medical center.

We all know that the Miami Police Department will keep this officer on the force until he costs the taxpayers tens of millions of dollars. Police unions should be responsible for paying for these lawsuits instead of taxpayers.

Again, it seems the police escalating the situation instead of de-escalating the situation on a traffic stop. It seems they go in to have confrontation instead of trying to creating order. Sure their job is tough and they must deal with reckless drivers all the time but not all incidents command one response as maybe another difficult one.

For those of you who keep saying that he was doing 100 on a 35 have no clue wtf you are talking about and never been around HardRocks stadium. It would be impossible to even go that fast when traffic is like bumper to bumper around the stadium during game day. From all the videos that are coming out, you can clearly see how heavy traffic was. From one video, you can heard the officer telling him to pull his windows down, he did it but only a 25qtr way (to which is legal by the way) the officer was so impatience with him and proceeded to open his car door and forced him out.

Former police Chief, Art Arsovedo, City of Miami was right about the Miami police departments. Look up what he said. The Metro-Dade police union has already publicly defended the officer without body worn review; surpise surprise. Which part of knee stricks in his back is within policy beacons its own question. While stricking Tyreek, telling him that he "got things confused, " sounds to me punitive by this officer. Time...

Watch the video of the arrest.
Tyreek had illegally blacked out windows and refused to roll his windows down more than an inch. If I were an officer, I’d be terrified the person had a gun pointed at me inside. Had he just rolled down his windows, he would have been treated very different

You don’t pull someone out of their car for going 55 in a 35 zone

The celebration was foolish... shows they're immaturity. Good thing life tends to teach those lessons, eventually.

Richard are you talking about your experience with the police after you beat down doors and kick holes in houses, crashing your car drunk in a construction zone and leaving the scene ?

Cops just wanted to kindly remind Tyreek that he's still a black man in Florida, regardless of his fame and fortune. They knew exactly what they were doing.

I don't really care what Tyreek said to the officers. The #1 rule of law enforcement encounters with the general public is to de-escalate the situation if at all possible. These officers did the opposite and failed this citizen and the PD they work for. We wonder why LEOs have a bad rep in America. Poor training.
