💰 The Truth About the Latest U.S. Budget & Why Republicans Still Won’t Cut Spending 💰

The federal government just passed another massive spending bill, and once again, Republicans proved they’re not serious about fiscal responsibility.

In this video, I break down:
✅ How the FY 2025 budget is set at $7.0 TRILLION, with $1.6 trillion in discretionary spending
✅ How the budget adds $342 billion in deficit spending over 10 years
✅ Rand Paul’s amendment to cut $1.5 trillion – and why it was rejected 24-76
✅ How Paul was the ONLY Republican to vote against the budget on February 21
✅ How he called out Republicans before the vote, asking why they weren’t using DOGE savings to reduce spending
✅ Why this proves that Republicans are just as guilty as Democrats when it comes to reckless government spending

It’s the same old game—they talk about “small government” but never act on it when it actually matters.

Let’s talk about it. Drop your thoughts in the comments!

DOGE is a good start, but there's more that needs to be done.

The problem is that when you call out Republican politicians for things like this, people automatically assume that you're a leftist, and then they proceed to make excuses for the excessive spending by the government.

The power lies with the citizens. The federal government can't send billions of tax dollars to foreign countries if no one is paying taxes. Unfortunately there are two hurdles that are too big to overcome without some serious danger to a lot of people. 1) Citizens have to be willing to stand up to the government goon squads that will come for them or their neighbors in an attempt to scare the people into compliance and 2) There has to be enough patriots in high places to keep the government from simply taking what they want from peoples bank accounts and other digital places they keep their money.

The power has always been in the hands of The People. The People are just too afraid to use it.

We need to make all politicians listen and act on what We the People need. Not what the politicians want.

Left wing, right wing, same bird, they all benefitted from public money, so DOGE shuttering one set of laundry operations means nothing if they just vote in a new set. Can the president refuse to sign those funding bills when they pass as a message such waste will no longer be tolerated?

Dude! I'm an old white guy and I'm *fearful* for your generation. The debt is *$36.5 Trillion dollars* . The interest on the debt is $1Trillion per year. The debt was growing at $1, 000, 000, 000, 000 every 100 days until this last January. At 200% of GDP (about $54, 000, 000, 000, 000) the dollar become insolvent. *I don't want this to happen to you. I have YOUR best interest at heart!*

There's a channel where a guy gets people to come on and he goes through their finances with them to see where they can make changes to turn their financial lives around. It's almost always turns out the problem is their spending habits and how they throw their money away on just unnecessary wastefulness. What's so sad and frustrating is how many of them end up not wanting to stop. He's thrown several people off recently when they just refuse to give up things that would help them for no other reason than they just don't want to. That's our government reflected in the people. They say they want to fix it but won't give up anything they don't absolutely need.

Trumo needs to veto the new budget if he is remotely serious.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Cut the spending, ya bastards.

Lets remember, the 2025 budget is Biden's budget until October 15th I think. So I don't judge a President until year 2 when it's there budget fully. That's when we will know what's about to hit the fan.

Facts. To those who justify this nonsense… Count out loud from 1 to 1 trillion one by one… then come back and try to justify the spending…

Eric, I know you know this but look at Federal spending prior to the pandemic response. If memory serves it was around $4.6T in 2018. Baseline budgeting of all of the “COVID relief” and “infrastructure” bills keep adding in and rolling over, and we’re far too close to doubling that annual spend.

If we took Federal spending back to FY2018 levels and adjusted for inflation, we’d be in a relatively great shape and could actually reduce the deficit.

3 Republicans will support that, at best

It’s only been 2 months, give it a chance. Nothing, and I mean nothing could be worse than another 4 years of democratics in charge. It would have ended our country.

Constantly declining value of the dollar has always been the main issue and is brought up by almost noone.
