There’s a flaw to this model, and I’ve been testing it for months now. The trouble is that most of the best paying offers are US based. Which requires US traffic.
However, when you put jobs up on micro workers or other similar sites for $.30 $.40 $.50 a task, Americans aren’t willing to work, even on a small job, for that amount. The only people who want to work for that sort of amount are generally from second and third world countries.

I currently have multiple campaigns being run on micro workers and other sites, I’ve tested different headings, description/instructions, you name it I’ve tested it. And they barely get anyone taking them up. They sit there with zero activity because Americans aren’t willing to do a job for a few minutes for a matter of cents.

Yes, you could put offers relevant to an international audience, or even dedicated to some of the second and third world countries, however, the payouts for them are nothing like the example shown of the US pay-out rate.
