Oh wow I love this battle!
My winners based on Top 4 of each year.

2003 - Turkey (Winner - 1) - She is such a queen, I love it!
2004 - Ukraine (Winner - 2) - It's a fun and catchy song (However I love Serbia and Montenegro too)
2005 - Israel (Fourth - 1) - Such a touching a beautiful song!
2006 - Bosnia & Herzegovina (Third - 1) - I miss Bosnia & Herzegovina in Eurovision, they send so many quality songs!
2007 - Ukraine (Second - 1) - Don't judge me, but I just love this! Also Verka is such an icon I love it!
2008 - Russia (Winner - 3) - For me, this song stands out the most. I do know why, maybe because of the violin guy. Either way I love it!
2009 - Azerbaijan (Third - 2) - 2009 was the best year with amazing songs, however Azerbaijan is so fun and catchy I still listen to this everyday.
2010 - Romania (Third - 3 ) - Not really the biggest fan of 2010's Eurovision, out of all of them I think Romania is the best.
2011 - Ukraine (Fourth - 2) - I am going to be honest, I didn't like any song in the Top 4 of 2011. However Ukraine is the only song I can listen to the longest before looking at a new video. (Wished Slovenia, Estonia, or Hungary was top 4 honestly.)
2012 - Sweden (Winner - 4) - Amazing song and performance, that's all I could say.
2013 - Denmark (Winner - 5) - This is the best Danish entry for me. Just saying!
2014 - Armenia (Fourth - 3) - Just like 2008, Armenia's entry is so different for me. I just love it.
2015 - Russia (Second - 2) - This was a really hard choice, however I choose Russia!
2016 - Bulgaria (Fourth - 4) - Come back Bulgaria, you send amazing songs!
2017 - Belgium (Fourth - 5) - Also hard choice, but Belgium is my favorite. She has Adele vibes and I love it!
2018 - Cyprus (Second - 3) - Oh my god, she snatched everyones' wigs in the contest!
2019 - Netherlands (Winner - 6) - I love the top 4, but the Netherlands is my favorite.
