I’m 66 go to gym 4 days a week, do a kick ass cycling class each morning then lift weights for an hour and a half. Have personal trainer one day a week for half an hour to make sure I’m lifting correctly. At my age I don’t lift heavy weights I do slow and controlled. I do all this to be able to hunt ( bow only, guns are for girls). Love all your videos.

P. S. Any body can stay in shape it just takes commitment

Any specific exercises to increase draw weight strength? 70lbs in early season is like butter but in -20 up in a tree still comes in hard sometimes
