Move a youtube playlist from one channel to another channel as owned rather than saved!!

So, typically if you are tying to move a playlist from one channel you manage to another, it can only be simply done as as a saved playlist. In my case, I am closing down an unused channel. I want the new channel to OWN all the playlists. I do NOT want to spend time cutting and pasting every video into a new playlist. So....how can this be accomplished....Actually, quite easily, but it is a hack. (NOTE: No need to download any programs or tools, this is all using builtin chrome and edge solutions). This will show you a quick hack to move playlists as OWNED playlists. Leave comments if you need!
